Terms and Conditions

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment. All items are charged for at the time of ordering. Items placed on back order or items made to order are also charged at time of ordering because they are manufactured to order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

All prices include VAT.

Orders cancelled may incur a charge.

All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.

Despatch Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website and try to send out orders on the day the order is received or the next working day. If the item is not in stock we aim to make and send it within 7–10 working days.

Tax Charges

The prices on this website include 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax) which is not payable if your order is being shipped outside the UK or EU and is therefore deducted from the price in those cases.


All items include a 1 year warranty.

No liability is assumed by Dapper Dogs for damage or injury to any persons/animals resulting from the use of the products supplied

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and you have a legal right to return any goods ordered within seven days of receipt for replacement or a full refund provided the goods are in a re saleable condition. We are happy to exchange and refund goods outside this time limit.

We cannot exchange items that are soiled, smell, are hairy or have been washed or brushed. If items returned for exchange or refund are not in as new condition, or if the item is damaged it will be returned to the customer.

If an item being returned is faulty we will repair, exchange or refund regardless of condition, though it is greatly appreciated if it is washed first.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product for their requirements. We only give advice based on past experience and the information you give us, and cannot be held accountable for any items that do not fit.


All coats and clothing are custom made based on the measurements you provide. If your measurements are incorrect, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds, so please check your measurements carefully before placing your order.
